5:45–6:00 PM  Roundtable: Your renewal, your timeline Discussion led by CBTS and HPE on renewal pressure, migration effort, and the cost of change, with Q&A.
6:00–6:15 PM Hosted technical conversations CBTS engineers and HPE specialists meet with attendees in small groups to discuss their environments and a no-cost CloudPhysics environment assessment.
6:15–6:30 PM Closing and next steps Closing remarks from CBTS and HPE, and follow-up meetings scheduled with interested attendees. Anyone scheduling a follow-up gets Ray-Ban Meta Glasses!
