Dr. Prasad is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of CBTS and leads our global team of talent. With over 27 years of HR leadership experience at leading technology firms including Accion Labs, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys, Dr. Prasad brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic acumen. She oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation/payroll, performance management, and organizational development, playing a key role in shaping our culture and ensuring a motivated workforce.
Her global experience spans teams in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, India, and other Asian countries. Her strategic vision helps drive our strategic evolution into a leader in AI innovation, attracting and retaining the exceptional talent who help our clients address the most complex IT challenges.

Dr. Prasad holds a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from the University of Mysore, and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Bangalore University. Residing with her family in Frisco, Texas, Poornima enjoys hiking and traveling. Her commitment to social responsibility is evident through her involvement in non-profit organizations like ScholarShot.
