Known for building high-performing teams and translating strategy into measurable outcomes, Justin is focused on accelerating sales momentum, deepening client relationships, and driving the growth trajectory that will define CBTS’s next chapter.

During his 9-year tenure at CBTS, Justin has held progressive leadership roles spanning engineering, pre-sales, and product development, earning the trust of clients, partners, and colleagues alike. His institutional knowledge of the business, combined with a forward-thinking approach to market development, makes him uniquely positioned to lead the U.S. sales organization at this pivotal stage of the company’s growth.

Prior to stepping into the President, U.S. Sales role, Justin served as CBTS’s Chief Product & Technology Officer, where he shaped the company’s unified AI strategy, cybersecurity-first design principles, cloud and network-integrated innovation, and enterprise-wide product management. That cross-functional vantage point, understanding how technology strategy translates to client value, gives Justin a distinct edge in leading a sales organization built for the complexity and scale of today’s enterprise landscape.

A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Justin served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, an experience that forged the discipline, resilience, and team-first mindset he carries into every leadership role. Justin lives in Cincinnati and holds a bachelor’s degree from Xavier University.
