ARROW, the Women’s Employee Resource Group at Cincinnati Bell Inc. is excited to announce the group’s inaugural conference, RISE 2019, taking place September 26th – 27th at Belterra Casino and Resort. ARROW which stands for Advancing Resources and Representation of Women is bringing together a dynamic group of women to discuss topics ranging from leadership to innovative thinking, to healthy habits, mindfulness, nutrition, and finding balance in our increasingly full lives.
By taking attendees away from an office environment, the conference goal is to help foster deeper connections and engagement. The format of Rise 2019 is unique. Thursday is designed to help attendees identify and hone their leadership skills. Friday is designed to guide attendees toward finding balance through mindfulness, wellness, and creating healthy habits.
ARROW is proud to host a group of passionate facilitators and coaches, as well as three distinguished keynote speakers including Rola Dagher, President of Cisco Canada, Barbara Perez, President/CEO of YWCA Cincinnati and Sharon Butler, co-owner of The BonBonerie. ARROW’s mission is to create a space that fosters a community among women, and male allies within the larger organization. Participants are encouraged to contribute their diverse viewpoints and help translate this to the larger organization.
