Is our data safe with Claude? Where does it go?

By default, Anthropic does not use enterprise customer data to train its models. CBTS adds the controls regulated industries need: data classification that decides where each workload runs, private deployment for the most sensitive work, encryption key management, audit trails, and data lineage governance. Models see only what you choose to send them. Before go-live, CBTS audits what the model can reach and fixes the shares and permissions that should never have been open. In our own rollout, that audit helped us find and fix exposures.
