CBTS named a Partner Managed Services Industry Innovation Partner of the Year at Cisco Partner Summit 2022

Each year at their Partner Summit, Cisco recognizes their top-performing partners for their incredible achievements. CBTS is proud to announce we have received the “Partner Managed Services Industry Innovation Partner of the Year” award at the Partner Managed Global Awards Reception. We earned this recognition based on our innovation, leadership, and best practices as a Cisco business partner across the U.S.

Channel partners that have risen to business challenges are considered for the Cisco Partner awards, which recognize superior business practices and best-in-class methodologies. Key characteristics of award-worthy Partners are innovative processes, architecture-led successes, strategic business outcome-focused programs, seizing new opportunities, and sales approaches.

The criteria for Industry Innovation Partner of the Year considered that the Partner:

• Developed innovative products, solutions, or transformed their Managed Service business/go-to-market strategy in new and creative ways in FY22.
• Executed activities, developed, or co-developed new solutions to win customers or expand their business with customers.
• Collaborated with Cisco, or with Cisco and other partners, to jointly bring new Managed Service solutions to market.
• Demonstrated innovation in their approach to helping customers realize value and achieving success with Managed Services.
