Caroline Burger is a results-driven marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in technology and consulting. As Chief Marketing Officer at CBTS, Caroline leads the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy, integrating brand, growth marketing, product marketing, and customer lifecycle engagement to accelerate pipeline performance and enterprise value.
Caroline partners closely with sales to align go-to-market priorities, elevate customer engagement, and drive measurable revenue growth. Before joining CBTS, Caroline served as Chief Marketing Officer at GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, where she advanced the company’s global brand presence and led high-impact marketing programs that contributed to revenue. Previously, she was Managing Director at Accenture, where she led client relationship marketing for North America, drove go-to-market strategies for priority accounts, and held other roles including Marketing Lead for the Northeast Market Unit and Global Health and Public Services Industry.
