The new Cisco SecureX platform has helped our customers automate tasks that were very arduous in the past. As part of the new Zero Trust offering, we have been able to provide a behavioral component to help our customers find deviations from common authentication behavior by end users. Using AI and machine learning, Zero Trust can then change or add authentication steps automatically on behalf of the customer to ensure stronger security.
