CBTS is pleased to announce that Parallel Technologies, Inc. has won Regional Channel Partner of the Year for 2020. CBTS awards this designation based on key performance indicators for overall business impact.

CBTS annually recognizes partners that excel in selling strategic services, including Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Microsoft Teams Voice, SD-WAN, Network as a Service (NaaS), and Check Point Security. Parallel, which was the inaugural Channel Partner of the Year for 2018 and Regional Channel Partner of the Year for 2017, has been delivering customer-oriented and technology-focused solutions with CBTS for more than 15 year.

Parallel Technologies, Inc. senior account executive David Hammond was the first Channel Partner nationally to achieve certification through the new CBTS Certified Partner Program. Certification is a key initiative designed to enable Channel Partners to be tested and vetted as experts of CBTS UCaaS, SD-WAN, NaaS, and Cloud Security services.
